Become more intelligent by practicing

We can plan on practice becoming more intelligent and one drop at the timebetter than ourselves every day. There are some simple but hard things to practice to become more intelligent. At Yoga4brain we focus on getting better and happier as well as more intelligent by practicing some new habits. It’s all about little pieces putting together. Just dropping one drop of water into our bucket to make it full. We can decide to start right now by practicing these small steps.

Although neurofeedback and mindfulness can bring us to more awareness, we need to make our brain exercise during our training sessions by doing the following.

Besides doing neurofeedback and mindfulness practices that can bring us to focusing and becoming more intelligent there are some practices to follow. Make your brain work harder.

  • think out of the box.
  • Ask many questions.
  • Read more.
  • learn more.
  • grasp more.
  • dig deep,  go in more detail.
  • deduce new conclusions.
  •  focus on raising your awareness.
  • Be interested in variety of things, not just one subject.
  •  work hard.
  •  experiment.  Fail and fail again to achieve success.
  •  explore.
  •  stay focused.
  •  have fun.
  • Be mix of artistry and techniques – sometimes we are more artistic than technical and vice versa, but we do use both sides of our brain – logical side and artistic side.
  • Don’t just look at other people, look into their eyes, connect with them.
  • Don’t just look at things but see, observe, take note
  • build up new good habits by doing things right away
  • Stop the self talk
  • Don’t let your brain to invite the unwanted thoughts. Every thought needs to have a ticket to come in.
  • Allow other thoughts go by in front of you by meditating 20 minutes a day. Because although our brains are becoming better, anxiety wipes most of the good things that we build unless we keep that under control.
