The Roles of Anxiety Agents

Anxiety agents are those who have a major role in our lives. They drive us to a better place. Because of anxiety agents we may challenge ourselves for improvements and change. If we could fight them and defeat them, we will see the other side of the cliff. That is success after making a free choice and accepting a responsibility.

To live a full life, we need to get to the root question of humanity and that is the purpos and meaning of life. One can not find meaning of life by searching for it. When we make a choice and engage into an activity and get envolved,m we enter into a fight with anxiety agents. If we could hang in there long enough to face the agent of anxiety we will reach a meaning and find a new purpose in life. After, we evolve and become a new I.

On the other hand, if we hide away behind fences that seem to give us easy choices that do not involve facing an anxiety agents, it will feel like and easy answer without pain. But those shortcuts usually don’t last long. Just like when we want to satisfy our hunger with eating sugar and candy or fast food. It will give us a short easy solution. It will give us immediate satisfaction. But we end up hungry really quickly. And if we keep this up as a habit we will end up with being over weight and diabetes and all other health problems.

we need to suffer and tolerate the pain of anxiety. Just like when one wants to become an athlete, there will be a need to suffer through training the body and right mindset for months and years. The only way we can achieve something that can become meaningful to us, is by trying to achieve and push through. By trying a new venture in life and experiencing something new, anxiety kicks in to show us to the world of the unknown. Every-time we have to face a new decision and an unknown action as small as expressing an opinion we expose ourselves into a new meaning in life. By avoiding to face anxiety of the undiscovered we will have to live an uninteresting life. On the other hand, when we experience the unknown and go through the pain and suffering and increase of anxiety we reach into a kind of achievement that will make us happier than before. This is when we take responsibility for our choices and use our inevitable freedom of being a human. Being alive means that we go through these ups and downs and we get up stronger after every single anxiety organ we face.

When we face the anxiety agent of death we value each and every single moment of being alive and appreciate life as being, not doing.

This is however different from neurotic anxiety. Neurotic anxiety is when we are not really facing an agent of anxiety but a phantom of anxiety. There is really nothing to face. If we recognize and identify those, we will be able to come up with a strategy to treat them the way they deserve.
