Daily Routine Practice

How to block out my time and live happily?

The most important way to be happy is to understand, learn and practice emotional intelligence.  That is to be aware of your feeling, acknowledge them and understand feelings are natural and they will change and pass. Learn how to deal with them. Take 15 minutes in the beginning of the day to prioritize your values and review your goals using unconscious passions and needs. This will help us with less self-doubts and fears about our daily activities and decisions. It also helps us keep feeling good and sure about ourselves.

According to basic needs of a human being the main purpose is to be happy. The way to be happy and not just momentary pleasures we have to feel that we are constantly progressing and learning. If you keep at this and you will have a river of  dopamine flowing in our brain. Think of this as a start up boot camp. Do this for three months and don’t stop this routine. It will normal. If it feels hard to do it’s working our brain muscles.

Every morning set up timer for 10 minutes and write down the answer to some of these questions without thinking and reflecting. Whatever comes to you mind is the secret between you and your pen and paper.
